Instead of a one-size-fits-all, cookie cutter approach, we’ll look at your medical history, personal goals, preferences, and even allergies to customize a holistic, long-term plan that works for you.

Here’s what to expect:

  • A healthy, long-term approach to food, fitness, and health
  • A nonrestrictive, mindful, macro-based approach to food (this means individualized goal setting as well as a plan based on how many grams of protein, carbs, and fat to eat each day – instead of only counting calories)
  • Learning to enjoy food as fuel for what your body needs instead of an enemy to fight
  • Avoiding obsession over calories, under-eating, fad diets, unsustainable plans, or cutting out food groups like carbs or meat

NUTRITION LAUNCH PACKAGE:

  • 60 minute initial consultation with a registered dietitian
  • InBody body composition analysis scan
  • Individualized plan
  • One month of messaging access with nutrition coach for questions, updates, and accountability
  • 30-minute follow-up consultation

$150

MONTHLY PACKAGE:

  • 1x/month 30-minute consultation*
  • Unlimited access to InBody body composition analysis scan
  • Ongoing messaging access with nutrition coach for questions, updates, and accountability

$40/month

(Minimum 3-month commitment, must first complete Nutrition Launch Package)
