Sarah has over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry as well as Aquatic Management for 8 years. Her experience also includes; Certified Pool Operator since 2007, Certified Infant Swim Resource Instructor, instructing traditional swim lessons for over 30 years. Sarah is also certified through American Red Cross in Adult/Child CPR & AED/First Aid/Infant CPR.

Since 1994, Ruby seeks to motivate, educate, and inspire her clients to achieve their personal short and long term fitness goals. Ruby’s training sessions and Group Exercise classes focus on a blend of functional fitness, core strength, and dynamic balance.

Lisa Martin, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NATA Athletic Trainer Certified, BS and MS in Athletic Training, FMS Level 1 Certification, and American Red Cross CPR/AED Certified. Lisa has over 15 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach, and has worked with athletes from the professional level to middle school, as well as non-athlete clients. She is experienced in speed and agility training, strength training, functional training and weight loss.
