This is the perfect modality to relieve the stress and tightness caused by your hectic life. Blending Swedish and circulatory massage strokes, your therapist will gently knead your muscles to increase flexibility, stimulate circulation and promote relaxation. Your body will feel suppler and you can return to your busy schedule refreshed and rejuvenated.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Therapeutic massage uses different techniques to promote change and reduce problems in the muscles. It includes stretching and working specific pressure points. This massage calms the nervous system and promotes a sense of relaxation and well being.

SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is designed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.

DEEP TISSUE
If your lifestyle involves sports or you're deeply stressed, this massage was designed to really loosen you up. This challenging massage focuses on specific areas for deeper relief using slow stroke techniques. The Deep Tissue massage will leave you feeling deeply appreciative of the talented hands of your massage therapist. Deep Tissue massage is suitable for most individuals, even if no specific condition exists, but it is a must for chronic pain or tension sufferers who do not obtain desired relief from the lighter, more relaxation-oriented treatments.

SYNERGIE CELLULITE SERIES PROGRAM
Synergie treatments provides a reduction in the appearance of cellulite, tones and tightens the skin. The program consists of a series of twice-weekly sessions for eight weeks.  followed by monthly maintenance visits to retain the benefits of the treatment.  Synergie Treatments last approximately thirty minutes. *This is a full body treatment concentrating on areas of most concern. $90 per treatment

At The Spa at Bob's East NAIL CARE has been elevated to a true escape. From the moment you arrive, you'll be pampered and cared for. Relax in our comfortable chair in our one of a kind Private Suite. Our Suite is designed to let you relax and rejuvenate from our hectic pace we call life. Our nail care professional provides your hands and feet with the ultimate nourishment using our signature products. Hand and foot massage is part of your treatment. Our nail care professional has received massage training for the benefit and ultimate care of our clients. Sterilization Policy At The Spa at Bob's East we are dedicated to our clients' safety and comfort. As part of this commitment, the Cleanliness and Sanitation of our pedicure spas is of the utmost importance.

Before and after each client we clean and sanitize all surfaces using a disinfectant solution and scrub brush to clean tub, jets, and screens. Then the tub is filled with clean water and the whirlpool is flushed thoroughly with a complete rinse cycle.

Imagine getting your next spa manicure and pedicure while enjoying the quietness and luxury of your own private suite.  With lights dimmed relax to the sounds of our water feature.  Enjoy our warm shoulder wrap and lap/hand warmer to pamper you.

Includes aromatherapy soak, exfoliation from toes to knees,
followed by light massage and hot towel wrap.  nail shaping, buffing.

LEMON VERBEANA TREATMENT   -  $65.00
This treatment is used for seriously calloused feet.  Our Lemon peel mask gently reduces dead skin and calluses, leaving feet feeling rejuvenated, smooth and nourished.

PARAFFIN THERAPY TREATMENTS
Paraffin therapy is one of the most effective methods of applying deep heat to relieve pain and stiffness. Your hands or feet will be wrapped in warm paraffin, soothing and restoring their natural moisture balance for healthier skin.
