It doesn’t matter if you’ve been doing Zumba for years or are interested in trying Yoga for the first time, Bob’s Gym has more than 150 group exercise classes a week across all four of our locations. Every class, from boot camp to Pilates, is included in the cost of your Bob’s Gym membership!
Our Group Power, Group Kick, and Group Centergy class offerings anchor a diverse class list that features strength training, cardio, core, balance, flexibility and relaxation classes for all ages, abilities and interests. Our group exercise instructors are all highly experienced, and will help you not only have fun working out but make sure you do it with proper form and technique.
We have several different aquatics classes for all ages, and of course the stand-by Step, Cycle, and Strength classes.

Non-impact cardio class with water as your resistance using cardio moves for heart health and aqua dumb bells for muscular strength
Challenging aqua cross training class offering benefits of cardiovascular training in the deep end and muscular conditioning exercises in the shallow end of the pool.
Deep water aqua class utilizing aqua joggers to suspend you in the water while challenging your cardiovascular system. Resistance equipment used for additional muscular conditioning.
