Carliss Riffle, Senior Trainer & Group Instructor

B.S. from the University of Southern Indiana, ACE, Cooper Kickboxing Fitness Instructor and Group Instructor.  

Since 1990, Carliss has worked with a variety of clientele on weight loss, proper nutrition, body sculpting, boxing for fitness, and most importantly fitness for life.  Carliss is a professional bodybuilder and will push you past your preconceived limits safely to help you reach your goals.

 

Kevin Anslinger, Senior Trainer 

B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University and NSCA-Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. 

Since 1999, Kevin has developed programs that focus on body sculpting, weight management, sport specific training, functional training, dietary support and general fitness.  Kevin enjoys working with all ages and designing creative programs to tighten and tone glutes, quads, and hamstrings.

 

Jane Okes, Trainer & Group Instructor

B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Indiana, ACE certified Aerobics and Personal Trainer and collegiate cross country marathon runner.

Since 2005, Jane has worked with a variety of age groups and fitness levels. Her programs focus on strength training, body sculpting, general fitness, senior programs and marathon running.  Jane will be your coach and will, through appropriate progression, bring you to a new level of fitness.

Sarah Bishop, Trainer

B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University, Minor in Fitness Instruction and ACE Certified. 

Since 2006, Sarah has helped a variety of clientele stay motivated to achieve their fitness goals by designing safe and effective strength and cardiovascular programs.  Sarah is patient, persistent, and will help you set realistic goals you can achieve.

        

Jerrod Parker, Trainer

 

B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Southern Indiana.  Associates degree in Physical Education from V.U.

Since 2008, Jarrod has worked with a variety of clients including college athletes.  His programs consist of strength & conditioning, flexibility, functional training, and general fitness.  If you’re looking for challenging and fun workouts, Jarrod will provide you with a well balance program to help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

Kim O’Bryan, Trainer & Pilates Instructor

ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified to teach Pilates, Aerobic Dance, Step, Kickboxing and Stability Ball Training.  Kim has a true passion for fitness and enjoys teaching clients of all fitness        levels.  She has taught   a variety of group classes since 2005.  Kim teaches groups as well as private sessions.
