2) Redeem A Completed Shake Card (One entry per redeemed and completed shake card.)
3) Give Us Your Email Address (Must be confirmed. Limit one email address per person)
4) Personal Training Package Purchase (One entry per package. Excludes single sessions)
5) Spa Package Purchase (One entry per package)
6) Pro Shop Purchase (Includes BOB”S GYM supplement products, D-Fine 8, NO3ZCG9, Bob’s Gym merchandise (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, thermals, etc.), and Polar HR Monitors)- (One entry per item)

8) Take A Tour (Must be first time visitor and take a tour with a membership advisor- If advisor is not available, must schedule appointment)

*2 Year lease with no money down and not more than $500/month including tax, title, and license. Winner has option of either the 2012 Lexus IS and the 2012 Lexus Hybrid CT200H) from Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus. Winner has option of receiving $8,000.00 cash in lieu of automobile lease. All such documents if required will need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Grand prize must be activated within 30 days from date or the prize will be forfeited. General Terms & Conditions: Prize is limited to the entrant; it cannot be assigned or transferred. Except for the Grand Prize, no prize can be substituted, no cash substitution will be allowed and no cash will be distributed. Participant may be required to sign a responsibility form from the garments rented as a result of this contest.
